Previously trained with Mark and he kept me right from the start by knowing what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve. The boxing classes are also a great way to improve your fitness and I would reccomend it to anyone even if you have no previous experience as Mark makes sure you know everything from the beginning.
Brilliant personal trainer! Full of knowledge in every aspect of training. Seen some excellent results with Marks guidance. Also attend the boxing class. I went as a beginner and felt at home in something that would usually be outside my comfort zone. It’s a hard workout but you leave feeling refreshed, highly recommended!
