At the age of 14 I made a decision. I wanted to own a gym.
The journey so far..

  • First gym qualification gained in 2011
  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification gained in 2013
  • Experience gained in six gyms across Glasgow
  • Amateur Boxing experience 
  • Started M1 Fitness in 2018
  • Opened the gym in 2021

Boxing Class

Our boxing classes in Glasgow combine real boxing technique with high-energy fitness training. Suitable for all levels, sessions include footwork, combos, pad work, and conditioning. You'll improve strength, burn fat, and boost confidence — all in a clean, professional environment with expert coaching and top equipment. Boxing fitness in Glasgow is a fun, effective way to train both body and mind.

Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people the same weight class engage in a contest of strength, speed, and skill. Our aim is to teach you the skills and techniques that allow for you to enjoy it as a workout routine or even move to take it to a competitive level. When starting boxing with us you will be coached differently depending on experience, expectations and fitness levels. This way it will give you the best possible start to getting into Boxing training.

Personal Training

Personal training is a 1-on-1 fitness program designed by us to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We work close with clients to create customized workout plans that target specific areas of the body and address individual fitness needs. When delivering Personal Training we value clients time more than anything. This is where we will structure a plan and schedule that suits you as a client to have a good life/work/gym balance.
