Welcome to M1 Fitness, a unique Boxing and personal training facility in Glasgow.

Boxing – We support people who want to try out boxing as a way of keeping fit. We also train those who want to box at a competitive level.
Personal Training and classes – We run classes and 1-1 personal training programmes to suit your needs.
Keeping fit or training in boxing can be a serious commitment but we help make it enjoyable aswell as challenging. So why not get started and finish every session on a high feeling great!
At the age of 14 I made a decision. I wanted to own a gym.
The journey so far..
Bootcamp is a type of group physical training program that may be based in a gym or even outdoors. Our programs are designed to build strength and fitness levels through a variety of types of exercises. When we run our Bootcamps try to mix the training up as much as possible to make it challenging, upbeat and fun. We also focus on targeting the whole body to make sure people are getting a full all round workout!
Boxing is a combat sport in which two people the same weight class engage in a contest of strength, speed, and skill. Our aim is to teach you the skills and techniques that allow for you to enjoy it as a workout routine or even move to take it to a competitive level. When starting boxing with us you will be coached differently depending on experience, expectations and fitness levels. This way it will give you the best possible start to getting into Boxing training.
Personal training is a 1-on-1 fitness program designed by us to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We work close with clients to create customized workout plans that target specific areas of the body and address individual fitness needs. When delivering Personal Training we value clients time more than anything. This is where we will structure a plan and schedule that suits you as a client to have a good life/work/gym balance.
