What is Boxing?
Boxing is a combat sport in which two people the same weight class engage in a contest of strength, speed, and skill. Our aim is to teach you the skills and techniques that allow for you to enjoy it as a workout routine or even move to take it to a competitive level.

Our one- to-one boxing training is just that, you and your Boxing trainer. You won’t just learn from a Boxing trainer who knows the theory. You will learn combinations, footwork, attack and defence skills from someone who has actually trained seriously, got in the ring and fought. As anyone who has done that will tell you, it is a completely different experience.
Boxing Fitness PT
Boxing fitness PT is a great option for people who are looking to enjoy boxing training without the fighting aspect. We will teach you the basic skills to get you straight into punching and get the heart rate up to give you a great calorie burn which will help you lose weight and get you in good shape. Boxing fitness will work the whole body and improve cardiovascular health, enhance strength and endurance, and develop agility and coordination. That’s why our boxing workouts are a great option to get in shape while having fun.
Boxing Fitness Classes
